I paid a pair of boots online from above company, and received a receipt but still have not received my boots after 3 months. I have emailed and phoned but have not had any form of reply, and now their website has been taken down. I am filing a claim with the Disputes Tribunal. I have used Redback boots for years from Australia and will be purchasing them from there in future.

Lance, I had a very similar experience with this company. I have followed it up with the Commerce Commission. They have said it amounts to fraud and will be following up with the Police.

I have had exactly the same experience, will be following it up with the Commerce Commission also. Redback Australia have confirmed it's a fraud and have been contacted by New Zealanders affected already.

I ordered boots from them a month ago and have received NO contacts after emailing them TWICE! I have just lodged a grievance with Paypal so I just might get my money back! (A******* like these should be run out of town!)

looks like I,ve been ripped off as well stuff it all,,, two pairs we ordered !!! Damn I,m p***** off ,,
