Would not rate this company. Ordered a pair of Redback boots on 9/12/13 and never received. The money was taken out of my account on 11/12/13 by PayPal.
Also emailed no reply and had one phone call promising delivery last week 8/1/14.

I paid a pair of boots online from above company, and received a receipt but still have not received my boots after 3 months. I have emailed and phoned but have not had any form of reply, and now their website has been taken down. I am filing a claim with the Disputes Tribunal. I have used Redback boots for years from Australia and will be purchasing them from there in future.

I ordered boots from them a month ago and have received NO contacts after emailing them TWICE! I have just lodged a grievance with Paypal so I just might get my money back! (A******* like these should be run out of town!)
