My husband and i recently had the displeasure of shopping in this store. The owner/manager watched our family the entire time while we shopped, making us feel as though we were wanted criminals. The store is a mess. The items for sale are cheap, nasty and severely overpriced. Please be sure to look hard and long for a good quality item because the majority of their stocks are being sold broken, incomplete or with tatty holes. We had the unfortunate experience of needing a return. We rang in advance with a complaint detailing the issue with said item and this dishonest business woman pretended she did not speak English well, and did everything in her power to avoid a return or a refund. We found her manner cold and hard spirited with no time for customer care or product understanding. We will never step foot back into this store again, we have warned friends, family & co-workers away. Also we really did not appreciate the way she spoke to our 7 year old daughter who was merely browsing the clothing racks!
