Executive Coaching - 1-on-1 coaching to assist you in regaining your mojo. I work with high-performing, senior business professionals who are wanting to improve their clarity of thought, to have an independent sounding board, to improve their own self-confidence and leadership skills. The ideal client match here is either senior management-based employees operating in the corporate field or business owners with established businesses. The person must have the ambition to want to improve, essentially we will assist them in identifying and managing the blockages that are limiting their potential.
Business Coaching and Advisory - I work with established SME's, typically they have employees (5 to 100), and depending on the nature of the business will be operating in the $2 to $50 million revenue range. Our approach is one of personal coaching and advisory with a strong emphasis on enabling everyone in the business to perform better. Key focus areas include: Business strategy and execution via perpetual 90-day plans; Leadership development; where appropriate developing an open-book policy; financial literacy; team and culture development; creating a culture of innovation. All of this work is supported via a software programme, Sukuma, in order to facilitate transparency and company-wide buy-in.
Group Coaching - We run a group coaching programme targeted at the smaller SME's, typically these companies would have 10 or fewer employees. The advantage of group coaching and training/advisory is that it is super affordable and where or when required, 1-on-1 support can be provided. based on my ADD model, we tackle all aspects of running a business including Sales and Marketing, the finances to personal and team development.
My clients are geographically spread throughout New Zealand. We operate all of our services through a combination of remote and face-to-face engagements.
