UVB-2-15/30 Modified bitumen storage tank is designed for storage of modified bitumen from the UVB-2 plant. The tank can be supplied along with the UVB-2 plant or be integrated into an existing modified bitumen process. The tank is equipped with agitator and heating.
FBS-1 Bitumen filter is designed to remove solid contaminants from bitumen and other non-corrosive liquids. The filter is intended for integration into input, storage and output processes involving regular or modified bitumen, bitumen emulsions and other high viscosity liquids which require heating.
UVB-1-L Bitumen emulsion laboratory system is intended for: - preparation of laboratory samples of bitumen emulsions; - testing and refining of the bitumen emulsion recipe with given emulsion components and intended emulsion application.
UVB-2-L bitumen modification laboratory system is designed for preparation of small samples (10 liters per batch) of modified bitumen. The system uses continuous bitumen mixing process with further dispersion of bitumen and polymer in the mill. The design allows addition of liquid components to modified bitumen.
UVB-1-V bitumen system is designed for production of foam bitumen sample batches. The system is intended for operation by asphalt mix producers and road construction and repair facilities.
