As a Genesis Energy (Owner of 'Nova') Customer I am disappointed that the Genesis staff for the last 18 months before they closed the public supply of LPG late in 2021, were directly sending ALL online customers to 'Rock Gas' their opposition business next door. So by this deliberate internal action, their staff undermined, sabotaged and provided the threat that ultimately shut down the Genesis LPG Retail supply for customer access. There is currently NO Nova Energy outlet in Dunedin, as displayed here. False information, supplied by Genesis Staff, self sabotage. Well done for screwing up a lucrative business
