I recently placed an online order for the 'Thinking of you' vase arrangement because the flower arrangement advertised in their website photo impressed me. I was further assured by an email response promising to take great care in fulfilling my order with all the panache & style I saw in their photographs, & without substitutions. And if they can't do this exactly, I'll be contacted promptly with other choices. Well to my great disappointment, the real thing turned out to be anything but panache & style and the accompanying lotion was also substituted without notification. When I expressed my disappointment via email, Nina & Co chose to add insult to injury with a response stating their roses were arranged and not stuffed as I have put it bluntly. Furthermore, they have replaced the lotion with one of much nicer fragrance. Do you think they've missed a point here? Hello, instead of investigating whether there is indeed an issue, the message received implied 'What you see is not what you get !!!' I wished this site allowed photo attachments as it would allow you to arrive at your own conclusion.
