Would give 1* if I could. Bought through Trademe. Sent me the wrong monitor. First one was broken and sent back to Auckland from Dunedin with the promise that they would repay me for postage, but now they're trying to say I broke the monitor (for some reason? they are trying to shift the blame to me for the fact it arrived broken) therefore they are going back on their past word and not refunding me (it's been over a month and they owe me $52.80). The monitor I eventually received (2-3 weeks late) also does not match the description (which is against the CGA). Generally unimpressed with what I spent $170 on. Overall would never trade with them again and strongly recommend nobody else does either.
