BCA have managed my property for several years and are absolutely terrible to deal with. Any questions or queries regards charges and invoices are fobbed off or unanswered. BCA refuse to disclose statements and explain charges. It's no shock that they were taken to court and publically shamed in the NZ Herald with the judge lambasting them for showing annoyance at being asked to disclose figures and explain their actions....AVOID THIS BODYCORP!!
