I bought 3 of these Petrol Rodent Control plug in's and they had absolutley no effect on my rodent problem at all. In my garage a rat made a nest under the plug in! I continued to get mice in the kitchen (again had one plugged in this room). I tried to return the products but the company would not accept the return as I did not have the original packaging (I didn't realise they would be so inefficient when I purchased). It took me 3 weeks and 3 separate phone calls to find out that they would not accept the return, they are very quick to take your order but very slow in managing their returns - very disappointing.
