Hi there a friend of mine in Brisbane just bought your $9 tub 2litre tub of icecream & said he was so disappointed as it tasted like it had been thawed then refrozen. I didn't know you could buy your Icecream in Redcliffe, Brisbane Australia. He's a KIWI born guy living over there & must of been missing NZ ICECREAM.

What has happened to your Salted Caramel seduction ice creams??? These have been my favorites for some time purchasing a 4 packet weekly. The recent packet is horrible and not edible. The chocolate coating does not adhere to the ice-cream, the chocolate texture is chewy. The ice-cream texture is like eating crumbly snow, not at all like ice cream. They are a creamy yellow in colour, very salty, leaving a burning baking soda like taste in the mouth. They are also much smaller in size. If this is the new ice cream then NO MORE for me.
