I had spent an excessive amount of money at paul money hifi albany store. The sales person misled me into buying a product which the best discription i can give is that he sold me a lemon. I had spent a total of $7500 in there store but had spent an additional $6500 on equipment elsewhere to try get it to the quality that i had thought i initially bought. The after sale service was a nightmare in itself. I took this company to the disputes tribunal several times to sort this matter out. There are several specialist HIFi stores in auckland that give great after sale service. Paul money HIFI is not a specialist hifi retailer as they claim to be so if you are looking to spend a reasonable amount of money on a hifi system and you are looking for a store to answer technical questions Paul money hifi would not be the store recommended for you. Theres l..., sh... hifi, s... hifi, s... sound, r... audio, n.... soundz and many many more to choose from. I dont want anyone else to suffer from their unwillingness to help. It was a bad experience buying equipment from paul money hifi albany. just dont waste your money and time with this store.
