The gentleman was very informative toward a customer before me. When he came to me, I was staring unknowingly at the exact product I needed. With no condescension, he took it and told me everything I needed to know about its usage. He showed me the package was unsealed and so I could bring it back for a full refund. There was no other shop in town with that product. Plus, I was given two minties.
