My first experience was unfortunately not great. Shirts were dropped off to get ironed. The following day I was called where the lady complained to me because her husband accepted the clothing, and they were too busy. She said he must iron this cause she does not have time. I asked if I should collect the items and take it somewhere else for now, and she said I should leave it. I followed up after a week and it was not done yet, and I eventually received a call the following week - 17 days and $152.00 later. No apology or anything just pay :-). Not the best experience which is sad, because the other reviews are really positive. I hope the next time will be better.
