My 16 year old daughter had beautiful long virgin hair that u have now ruined she's absolutely traumatized by the results of her hair ... she showed you a photo of what she wanted you said yip easy can be done when we left u asked if we were happy told us it would lighten if few days were not hairdressers so we took ur wird stoll ginger she asked for blonde highlights they r ginger as can be ....we contacted you you said u would refund but now refuse too it's was nothing like the picture she showed you she works after school and saved for this herself we have spoken and showed another hair dresser who told us it's uneven and not professionally done infact they thought it was a home job it is that bad $180 to ruin beautiful hair and a promise of a refund so we can go else were to fix as my daughter has no trust in you touching her hair again we will be seeking legal advise this is totally unacceptable that you would ruin a young girl's hair and think she would not be extremely upset
