After two attempts to communicate my feedback direct to CH Faul without a reply hopefully I can save other customers the experience of waking up with a tradesperson in your bedroom, or arriving to do work the one day you’ve asked not to, or unable to provide information on $10k worth of missing equipment. Very disappointed
