Both my wife and I are very unhappy with New Zealand Home Loans. We were affected by the Christchurch earthquake and so we moved to Australia with our child to secure work. It has taken a great deal longer than we anticipated, and as such we have attempted to negotiate a way forward with our NZHL, Nic Yates. I can say that we are very disappointed in the customer service, the ignoring of our emails and the letters from their debt recovery department. We challenge this company to treat us as 'Loyal Clients' who are temporarily experiencing the toughest of circumstances following a disaster beyond our control. We currently do not recommend this company based on our personal experience to date.
