Bill Van beet, Do not trust him, He removed our house then bounced the cheque. He refuses to pay. He won't return calls or messages. If you want ripped off abused and cheated, He says he will personally guarantee the money but does not. He says he has banked the money then he says he will put some in. He has not paid anything.
