None of what I am about to say is personal to anyone who served us this afternoon. Except that the person does seem to need to listen better? I'm addressing what appears to be a distinct lack of training across all petrol station baristas. My daughter came in to your cafe between 2pm and 3pm today (25 Feb 2024) and asked for a Large Caramel Latte and a Large White Tea to go. The latte was watery, and that's being kind. The tea is a whole other story. How hard can it be to work out how to make a cup of tea? Especially when the customer is giving you point by point instructions? Then you still get it wrong and mix up boiled water with frothed milk. Please - This is absolutely the most basic training and everyone needs to know how to make a simple cup of tea regardless of how seldom it comes up in an order. Kind regards, Lynette Hayward.
