I was refused service,,,,I have been a regular customer for 4 years ,The csr on the night of 21/12/2017 needs retraining,,,when arriving at the station at said night, there was no one around, so my courtesy driver tooted the horn to make the csr aware that someone was in need of assisstance..When the csr eventually arrived he let me in the store I asked for what I needed and as he was grabbing the items he told me he did not appreciate the horn being tooted , I replied, It's because you took so (expletive) long , the doors were locked and there was no-one around that is why the driver tooted, in reply he told he he didnt appreciate me swearing at him and he wouldnt serve me....I didnt swear at him directly , nor was I aggresive when I spoke that way...my goodness I've worked graveyard shift for years (in a petrol station), if he took offense of my cuss word (non agressive I may add) then maybe he needs more training....
