Well I guess you have all heard the phrase- "Service is second to none"! Well this is where you get NONE! We paid $700 for a service and pre COF check on our truck. Well the price was not the issue, but when you pay for a pre COF check, and they state on their invoice, that they have checked all the bolts, and the brakes, you find it pretty hard to believe that your truck fails on 3 things, loose bolts, park brake and rusted door hinges. Now we are pretty reasonable people, we didn't complain, we merely booked the truck in to get the repairs done. We arranged to drop it off on Friday. We rang late Friday afternoon to discover nothing had be done, so we re book it for Monday, where we drop it off again. I call them after 4 to see how it is going to be told by "D." the owner, that he has not only done nothing, he can't possibly be expected to have this job done in a day. I ask him why has he not communicated this with us, and why is it we pay for a pre COF check and then fail miserably? Well the verbal abuse was absolutely disgraceful, and he told me to come and pick the f......n thing up and take it somewhere else, oh and then he hung up on me! So I rang him back and said, "so what have you actually done"? He said oh I did the brake, I said and the other problem? He said I don't know I don't have the list!!!! My god D., it was in the truck!!!!! Anyway I have never seen such bad service in all my life, people like him just need to retire! D. you have been doing this job way to long! And lets make one thing clear, without customers you have no business! And you quite frankly have no business being in business! PS. I gave him a 1 star because I had to pick one or not submit!
