Be great if I could find where my Samsung A21 is ha screen replaced and told shop shut in a few days as going overseas and will send sms regarding who to contact in Auckland and they will make arrangement and send it to me or can wait till they find new manager and no sms was sent to me and she had already closed doors to the shop. I return I find shop has closed and now how to find my phone. At this stage I didn't want to give it even 1 star
