About ten days before I relocated, I dropped a load of curtains at Plimmerton Village Grocery who is an agent for Taylors. I got told it takes about a week to get them done. I come back a week later to then be told they tried to reach me without success on my phone to give me a quote - they did not wash them. Because I knew that they would not be done before I moved away, paid the quoted sum and left them the details of the property manager to call when the curtains are done. Three weeks later we asked the property manager about our bond, and they told us they are still waiting for the curtains. Today I got a text message from the agent that the price is $280 instead of the quoted and paid $240 and they want me to pay the difference. I barely have met such incompetence and lack of service in one place.
