Have to say that we just called in to ask for some advice regarding a new vehicle we had just purchased which was still showing Japanese text on the screen (we didn't purchase from these guys) private sale. Hubby asked very politely if anyone could help us and the guy there just brushed him off didn't want to know, I was planning on having my new car serviced there but have to now say they would be the last place we would go, I am disgusted at the lack of service we received, obviously you have to look like you have money before these guys will give you the time of day. Shame on you Macaulay Ford Invercargill.
