I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Laser Electrical for what they claim to be their specialty - heating services. Unfortunately, our encounter with this company left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. From the outset, it was evident that Laser Electrical lacks the fundamental expertise required for heating solutions. Despite their bold claims of being heating specialists, it became clear that there was no one on their team with any substantial experience in the field. The workers they sent to handle the heating system were clueless and seemed to lack the basic knowledge required for the job. The countless times they came to inspect/fix the heating system there was a duct detached. It was frustrating to witness their incompetence firsthand, as they fumbled through the job without any clear direction or understanding of the system. Adding to the frustration, our oven was damaged during installation by Laser Electrical. Regrettably, we only discovered the issue after the 90-day Master Build claim period had lapsed, and when we approached Laser Electrical about it, they expressed no willingness to address or rectify the damage. In conclusion, although we now have an efficiently working ducted heating system, I strongly advise anyone considering Laser Electrical for heating services to think twice. Their claims of being specialists in the field are unsubstantiated, and their lack of expertise can lead to costly mistakes and unnecessary delays. Save yourself the headache and seek out a reputable company with a proven track record in heating services. Laser Electrical is not the reliable and competent heating specialist they claim to be.
