I was very dissapointed with the service these guys offered. I phone booked and asked for a price and was told $200 up. I was having trouble with my starter motor, my partner a mechanic told me to ask them to get a after market model. Then I asked to check my stereo out and give me a quote to repair this. I asked if there was a curtesy car, or could I get a ride to work, no and that I needed to pay immediately before I could pick up car. I was told they would ring me to tell me my options once they had a look at the trouble. Instead I received a call telling me all fixed and the price $462. They had repaired to old starter. No choices, no aftermarket replacement as requested. Then I asked once again about the stereo, was told, no they think it is broken, and go to a wreckers, well duh, I thought I had asked them to source a part, they are the proffessionals. Poor treatment and poor service. I just hope I have no trouble with my starter motor now or I will be furious. Reccomend try a different auto Electrician in the future. I asked several mechanical people if this treatment was acceptable, they all said no way and work was far too expensive.
