Purchased $350 of container padlocks PLUS $35.00 to send them to a semi rural address in the South Island. No tracking information was provided. When asked what was going on 5 days later was sent a picture of the package with the consignment number on. Manually having to put this # into Aramax's system the package was still in Auckland. 9 days later still no delivery. The freighting price was outrageous for a start for a small package which regularly can be delivered overnight from Auckland to be here the next afternoon but more importantly the Storeit4less owner was disinterested in the even the minimal service he provided and didn't bother to reply when I wrote complaining. Avoid like the plague is my recommendation and look for other options for your supplies.

This would be a real concern if it was correct. Looking through the order details: - The order was placed on the 17th July 2022. - The order was picked up by the courier / shipped out on the 18th July 2022 - The customer (as per courier tracking) received the order on the 27th July 2022. - Parcel tracking details were emailed to the customer on the 22nd July 2022. Storeit4less shipped the product within 24 hours of receiving the order (pretty good). The courier company took 8 working days to deliver from the North to South Island (not so good but given the issues that covid has caused a lot of companies, including couriers companies, probably okay). Unfortunately the speed of deliveries from a courier company is not in our hands but we are able and always happy to escalate a case on behalf of purchasers 10 working days following non delivery of a parcel (following the date the parcel was shipped). Looking through all the correspondance received by the staff from this person, the correspondance contained abusive, vulgar and threatening content. We work hard to care for our customers. Out of thousands of orders and happy cusomers over the years, this is only the second less than 5 star feedback we have recieved, and unfortunately from a similar situation. We can only sincerely apology to this person for the speed of delivery of this order, and any other factors that did not meet their expectations. We are all being reminded and encouraged by our government at this covid time, to be kind and considerate.
