AVOID AVOID AVOID! Even for the sake of common politeness, go somewhere else - on top of that, a complete rip off, FULL charge for a deck clean despite NO work being done!! They claimed there was no one onsite and no power (hard to believe as my tenant had already settled in and living there) - and simply left with no work done. Having purchased a deck clean through a Treat Me promotion, the value of which claimed to be "up to $900" and included in the advert says "dont pay $280" - confusing and misleading to begin with, but either way it was proposing at least $280 of value of work. They claimed there was no power on site and left. In trying to organize for a new booking time - they flatly refused and despite my efforts to reach a reasonable solution and even part pay (offered a 1/3rd of actual cost) -> they refused to refund any $ (I had pre-paid for the work) and further refused to deal with request for a re-visit or even a service credit for future work. There was no reasoning nor compromise on their end - they then started to lecture me on their business expenses (as if it was anything to do with me...) and question my 'memory"? The whole experience from their customer service, to the work itself (NOTHING was done, yet full charge for the booked in work) was appalling and had never experienced this kind of service before in any trade!
