Review about Altherm Aluminium Canterbury (1984) Ltd, Christchurch
Aluminium doors stream water in cold weather. Water pools on the floor, damaging carpet and curtains. We run a dehumidifier, but it doesn't solve the problem.

Sounds like you have extremely high levels of internal humidity. This is nothing to do with your aluminium joinery, but rather an indication that you're not ventilating your home correctly. Install a Showerdome on your shower, open the window for 20 minutes following a shower, use an extractor hood in the kitchen, don't dry clothes inside, open your windows whenever possible, choose or retrofit venting sash handles, choose passive ventilation in your new joinery. Condensation on the windows might be annoying but at least it's not doing any real damage. If you don't get rid of the source(s) of your excess humidity then you'll be causing yourselves bigger problems in the long term.
