Unsafe work enviroment, poor health & saftey practices, told barry forsyth with my team leader about a hazard that hurt me bad & could of hurt someone else but got told the shareholders didnt want to spend any money on the problem & i got hurt in the same place, machines not dyna bolted to the floor really bent dyna bolts not screwed in some not even bolted in, firing me on a medical certificate while on acc, worksafe needs to be called to check the place other departments have hazards not being addressed. Theres work there in dispatch but the team leader doesent like me for no reason, i started there i could walk properly, i cant move properly & cant lift half the weight that i could when i started, cant stand on my feet properly for long periods of time, a lover back disc pushed outwards, a bad hip from hitting a pallet 2 times, so im more worse off, im a store worker now i cant do my job properly, the bad thing is i told them about it & nothing got done about it, i dont want the job back im just trying to prevent injuries because i got trained to minimise or eleminate the problem if possible with my health & safety certificate level 3 plus site safe training, so many problems & equipment fails heaps, ive been on heaps of construction projects in auckland cbd way more safe than inghams
