Dear Zoom, I am not very computer savvy so have had to call on Zoom many times over the last few years. I have been so impressed with the immediate service received and the follow-up phone calls to check that all is well. Initially, I had to have my old computer replaced and thence various updates. They have visited me several times with their wonderful smile and obliging help in all fields of computering.
