I thought it was odd I hadn't had a contact so close to the date of our party so I called magic steve multiple times to ensure his attendance. I was then told he had double booked and would not be attending our party even though I had booked 2.5 months earlier. He offered no support to help us find a new magician and just left us in the lurch.
