Well & Wild provides nervous system-focused spinal care in Milford, on Auckland's North Shore. Our work supports nervous system regulation, stress adaptation, resilience and embodied healing through gentle, responsive spinal care.
Our approach is Network Spinal–informed and has evolved through more than 25 years of clinical experience, research and exploration into the relationship between the spine, nervous system, stress, awareness and healing. Chris and Lisa have worked together since 2005, supporting people of all ages through an individualised approach to nervous system care.
We see nervous system regulation as an evolving process — not simply about feeling calm, but about developing greater capacity to respond, adapt and recover as life unfolds. Our care may support greater awareness, adaptability, resilience and connection, while creating space for deeper integration and personal growth.
Today, Well & Wild works beyond the scope of chiropractic care as healing facilitators. We do not provide chiropractic adjustments or spinal manipulation, and we do not directly treat injuries, medical conditions or symptoms. Instead, our work focuses on supporting the development of greater nervous system awareness, adaptability and capacity for life.
Our care is individualised and available for adults, children and families in Milford and across Auckland's North Shore.
