Description
Thrive Psychology Centre is a private practice in Takapuna where psychological assessment and treatment services are offered. The owner, senior, registered Clinical Psychologist, Melanie Prinsloo, has experience spanning 13 years. Melanie holds registration with the New Zealand Psychologist Board (NZPB) and is a full-member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP).
Melanie has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, ASD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, various phobias including social phobia, OCD and more. ACC assessment and treatment services are provided to survivors of sexual trauma. Melanie is registered with ACC (Active Plus).
In terms of therapeutic frame, Melanie is eco-systemically trained with a strong focus on family therapy. Melanie also holds extensive training in EMDR, schema, and CBT.
Clients aged 7 years and up are welcome to make contact.
