I bought a expensive bed over $3000 from this shop. I was very specific about the type of bed and in particular the hight of the bed. After trying very beds in the store I was advised that the hight would not be a problem as they would use lower size legs this would solve the problem. When the bed was delivered and assembled it was to high. I want back to the store the next day and spoke to the Manager about my disappointment at the height he advised he would consider his options and advise me the next day. After two day with no response I call the shop two times to be advised that the Manager was on leave. I went back the next weekend and spoke to the Manager who tried to give a long story about that he had met his obligations and that I had no options available. I am left to pursue legal action to get some satisfaction ön this issue. Bottom line DONT DEAL WITH THIS STORE THEY ARR NOT ETHICAL IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
