Having gone into the shop 1 week ago to order the bed I was told it would be ready on Thursday. I rang on Friday morning to confirm Saturday am delivery. Saturday afternoon I rang to ask where it was. It was only then that I was told it had been delayed. I still don't have a confirmed delivery date and to my embarrassment my guest now has to sleep on the floor. Customer service could do with improvement. Ray Healey
