Every week, Gem's Botanical Beauty creates a bouquet that I take it to my mother in her rest home, and without fail, it’s always different — bright, fresh, and full of personality. Her arrangements aren’t just beautiful, they’re thoughtful and never fail to bring a big smile to mum's face. Each one feels curated with care and Gem's unique artistic touch, they're never formulaic or predictable. I don't think I've ever gotten a bunch across to Auckland to Mum without being stopped on the way by people wanting to admire my beautiful flowers!
