After two invaluable years under Jacob’s management and mentorship, Corey and his colleague Nidal found themselves with the challenge of managing an international call centre in Cairo, Egypt. After two years of long hours, hundreds of staff members, significant restructures and decades of experience crammed into 728 days, the duo returned to Australasia, where Corey further strengthened his business development skills and networks.
