Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are effective as of 21.05.2025.
Cylex provides a service called Cylex Bulk Upload, which enables users to import multiple business listings into the Cylex business directory. This service is intended for business owners, marketing agencies, or authorized representatives who wish to streamline their listing process.
3.1 Rights of Use
Cylex grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bulk Upload service for the purpose of submitting business listings to the Cylex directory.

Fees are due upon submission of the order and must be paid via an accepted payment method. No listing will be processed until payment is confirmed.
4.3 Non-Refundable Policy
All fees are non-refundable once the upload process begins, regardless of the outcome of listing approval. Users are encouraged to verify their data before submission.
Cylex reserves the right to verify, approve, reject, or remove any listings that do not meet quality or accuracy standards, or that violate our directory guidelines. Submissions may be subject to manual moderation.
Cylex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bulk Upload service. Maximum liability shall not exceed the fee paid by the User for the respective upload cycle.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Oradea, Romania.
Cylex reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform or email.
By using the Cylex Bulk Upload service, you confirm that any personal data submitted is collected and processed lawfully in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Cylex acts as a data processor for the purpose of managing and displaying business listing data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we process personal data.
Cylex will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the Bulk Upload service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Cylex Bulk Upload service for any User who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct. In such cases, no refund shall be issued.

All content, trademarks, design elements, and software used to deliver the Cylex Bulk Upload service remain the property of Cylex or its licensors. Users are granted a limited license to use the service, but no rights are transferred or assigned.
Business listing data and personal information submitted through the Bulk Upload service may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support directory accuracy, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
