We are seeking an experienced and skilled LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) builder to join our team. Our company specializes in residential and construction and renovations, and we are looking for a builder who has a passion for delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Interpret and understand construction plans and specifications
Manage building projects from start to finish.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Ensure high standards of quality and workmanship are maintained.
Manage and supervise your team.
Requirements:
- LBP certification is essential
- Proven experience as a builder in the construction industry, preferably with residential renovations.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the project PM, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
