Caccia Birch Trust Board administers the property on behalf of the Palmerston North City Council and this organisation is an Incorporated Charitable Trust. A Manager undertakes the daily business and property administration for the Trust. All fees charged for hiring the property are used to assist in the maintenance and operation of the property. The fees are set at a reasonable cost recovery level to ensure the property is accessible for the community to enjoy and experience.
