Work Law provide legal services in the area of employment law to New Zealand employees and employers. We have a team of legal professionals and employment law experts. We provide free advice and can take most employee cases on a no win no fee basis or contingency fee arrangement. We have been trusted by thousands of New Zealanders to help with their complex employment law issues since 2011.

We are a No Win No Fee organisation. Like Employment Lawyers our Employment Advocates can represent you in all legal matters in the area of employment law.

When you engage us to act on your behalf we can often resolve the issue very quickly by discussing the issue with the other party or their legal representative.

We will advise you of what to do next, and we can often work for you on a contingency basis / also called No Win No Fee. No Win No Fee means that when we are negotiating a settlement on your behalf we will only charge a fee if we win your case. The exception is when we are trying to save your job and there will be no financial outcome, eg Disciplinary Meetings.
