It's actually decent. When I got a letter from Winz saying my benefit would be cut off because I hadn't applied to the kids' father for child support even though I never split up with him and he died they were very apologetic and kind and rang some number and promised me the number they rang and talked to would ensure it didn't happen again. I should maybe have taken off more than one star for the case worker who kept asking me if I had a new boyfriend yet when my husband of twenty years DIED you shouldn't be badgering widows about that just because you want to cut people to get a new "partner" so you can cut them off. Also when someone has a disability you shouldn't question when they've been assessed as eligible by two different doctors just because you've never heard of their condition yourself which another one did. But all that being said a lot more of them have been decent rather that the few awful ones at Glenmall.
