Be better., 2 years ago

The food is dry because it's in the food warmer for too long. 3 times I was sold the wrong tobacco but didn't realise until I returned home. After going back for it to be exchanged, they gave me the wrong one again. I suggested that they do what other outlets do which is for the assistant to check it & show it to the customer to ensure it is correct. They're response was, " But you got it changed so all ok." Not good enough. Terrible !!!
