Description
Wayne Rush shattered a lower vertebra at the age of 12. He spent many years investigating alternative therapies to alleviate pain in order to avoid having spinal fusion surgery. When he was 19, Wayne discovered the benefits of massage therapy as a means of recovery and prevention from illness and injury. He wanted others to benefit from such treatments so he went on to train at the New Zealand School of Shiatsu. Wayne now has a wealth of experience having worked as a massage therapist for 35 years. Emma Lowe is one of the other therapists at Wayne Rush Bodywork and been a Massage therapist for over 30 + years.
Using their unique massage system they will treat you to a massage experience you’ll never forget. Wayne Rush Bodywork has a comprehensive range of massage treatments available to clients.

In partnership with Emma Lowe, Wayne Rush has been operating a full-time business for over 20 years. Their business, called Wayne Rush Bodywork, operates two clinics, one in Rotorua and the other in Tauranga. Details of each of the treatments offered are provided on this website. Treatments can be provided for individuals or pairs of clients in tandem. All clinics are covered in crisp white sheets in fragrant surroundings where the scents of essential oils fill the room.
