Description
VANIYE Patisserie is specialised in French style desserts and cakes, birthday cakes, along with croissants, French baguettes, chocolates and macarons. Gluten free, low in gluten, nut free and dairy free cakes are available. VANIYE Patisserie is a family business founded by head-chef Sonia Haumonte who has been trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and worked 7 years in renowned establishments from small boutique patisserie to prestigious Michelin starred restaurants and Palace Hotel in Paris. We have been awarded best French Patisserie / Bakery in New Zealand by the French New Zealand Chamber of commerce.
