Man Dusto Vinlorve, 11 years ago

Have been going to Caltex on Tremaine Ave for years and have always gone out of my way to go there as first choice to fill up, and am happy with their service. But this afternoon around 4:30pm on 29th June I was served by a gentlemen named James, he was very rude .. did not offer me a receipt and refuse to give me my $1 .80c change from petrol vouchers. An spoke quite loudly calling them 'coupons' ... then appologised to the person behind me saying... " sorry about that". Ive never felt so humiliated. I think may still go thr at some point, maybe not for a while tho.
