I am soo pleased at the level of customer service I experienced throughout the process of getting a replacement treadmill belt, Robert you made something that seemed incredibly hard so very simple, I have had no experience with treadmills I didn’t have a clue what to do and I live in a completely different region so I thought there was no chance, but I really appreciate Roberts following up with texts and calls and really going over and beyond to help find a belt the right size, even though he didn’t have anything that fit my treadmill he made it happen regardless. Thank you soo much Robert for your hard work and dedication, very great work ethic on the phone trying to sort out the measurements I might need while driving to your next client. Happy to know there’s a reliable company I can buy from, shipping and packaging quick and in great condition, I don’t usually do reviews but I am more than happy to have written this one.
