TERRIBLE. My boyfriend had his hair cut here (with an appointment) and the hairdresser (B.) said he was in a rush so had to be quick. His hair was short on one side and long on the other. As men don't usually complain, I went in to have a calm conversation with him, about the fact that the haircut wasn't really good enough and he got very defensive and started to yell and wave his arms around saying "You don't know anything about hairdressing" and other such things, while I maintained a calm voice and the other customer present looked over in horror.To calm him down as he was so aggressive and defensive, I said that I was sure he did a great job on other customers but on this instance we really don't feel it was good enough but he just continued to yell and told me to get out. For fear he was actually going to hit me, I left. I mentioned it to a friend afterwards who said he also had a poor haircut from there and the hairdresser was very odd. Definitely not recommended. I'm sure in a small area like Parnell, word gets around and he won't last long. Bear in mind I have no idea what any other hairdressers work there are like but I suspect it may just be him working there.
