Description
Somatic movement is a body-first, nervous-system-friendly practice.
Company description
Somatics is a self-empowerment approach. One where we are taught how to become aware of our sensations, our movements and learn to move both our thoughts and our bodies differently.
It uses small, gentle movements to gradually stimulate new possibilities. Possibilities you didn’t think existed.
